Family Owned
Community Pharmacy
Mitchell’s Drug Stores is a family-owned, community pharmacy proudly serving Neosho and the surrounding area with personalized care you can trust. For generations, our mission has been simple: to treat every patient like family, provide honest guidance, and deliver dependable service rooted in integrity and compassion.
We believe healthcare should feel personal, not transactional. That’s why our experienced pharmacists and team take the time to know our patients, answer questions, and work alongside providers to make medications safe, affordable, and easy to manage.
From prescription services and medication packaging to point-of-care testing and wellness support, we’re here to meet your everyday healthcare needs with warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to our community.
Your health. Your care. Your community pharmacy.

How to Transfer Your Prescriptions
Tell us where you currently fill your medications. We will call your current pharmacy to request the transfer. Let us know if you need any medications filled immediately or just placed on hold.
Some prescriptions may not be transferable. Share your primary providers during the call. If any scripts cannot be transferred, we’ll contact your providers to request new prescriptions. Call back in a day or two to check that all your medications have arrived — if something is missing, we’ll handle it for you.
Share any special requests. Let us know if you need special-order OTC medications, easy-open lids, want your medications lined up to save trips, or want to receive text notifications when your prescriptions are ready.
