About Tim:
Tim Mitchell is the owner and pharmacist at Mitchell’s Drug Stores, a family-owned pharmacy proudly serving the community since 2003.
Tim’s passion for pharmacy comes from a desire to help people and build lasting relationships within the community. Over the years, he has had the privilege of caring for generations of families and believes that great healthcare starts with listening, understanding each patient’s needs, and treating people like family.
As a pharmacist, Tim enjoys helping patients navigate their healthcare journey, whether that means answering questions, finding solutions, or simply being someone they can trust. His goal has always been to create a pharmacy where patients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
Tim is grateful for the opportunity to serve the community that has supported Mitchell’s Drug Stores for so many years. His faith and values continue to guide the way he approaches patient care - with kindness, honesty, and compassion.
Outside of the pharmacy, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, traveling, and making memories with their five children. At home, they also enjoy spending time with their dog, Paisley.

Tanner Mitchell, PharmD

Tanner Mitchell is a Clinical Pharmacist at Mitchell’s Drug Stores, a family-owned pharmacy serving the community since 2003. A Neosho native, Tanner graduated from Neosho High School before completing his undergraduate studies at Missouri State University in Springfield and earning his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Pharmacy in 2022.
Growing up around Mitchell’s, Tanner saw firsthand the impact a local pharmacy can have on people’s lives. He is passionate about building relationships with patients, providing education, and helping people feel more confident in managing their health. He enjoys finding ways to make healthcare more personal, whether that means helping patients better understand their medications, reaching health goals, or simply taking the time to listen.
Tanner is passionate about advancing patient care through clinical services, education, and creating meaningful connections within the community. He believes the best healthcare happens when patients have someone they trust walking alongside them.
Outside of the pharmacy, Tanner enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, trying new restaurants (he considers himself a bit of a foodie), and taking their dog Teddy on walks.
